Before joining JBA Financial Services, Kelsey Belken has twelve years of experience in the finance industry.  She graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with her BBA in Finance and received the Chase National Achiever* award. She is a great asset in maintaining relationships with our wealth management clients.  Kelsey is an active member of First Baptist Church of Longview and thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family, riding bikes, and spending time on the lake.

*The National Achiever Award issued by Chase Bank is given to two employees per division.  All non-management employees that received top ratings on overall performance and annual reviews are eligible.  Winners are chosen by the divisional and regional manager based on four performance dimensions:  Supports customers with everyday banking needs, including transactions performed through the various platforms; Models and delivers customer obsession by personally and consistently living the five keys every day, in every client interaction, and putting clients at the center; Fosters a collaborative and inclusive Once Chase environment while managing individual responsibilities and promoting a customer obsessed culture; Exercises sound judgment, acts with integrity, and  protects the company, employees and customers.
